The DevOps Automation Manager will lead a team of DevOps engineers to automate and streamline our operations and processes. You will build, maintain, and optimize the infrastructure and tools needed for high-speed deployment and operations. This role requires a strong background in software development, systems engineering, and automation.
Responsibilities:
  • Automation & Tooling: Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification. Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data. Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Oversee a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks and long-term career growth. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented environment within the team.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with development teams to integrate their projects into the production environment and ensure their ongoing support. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments.
  • Strategy & Innovation: Continuously evaluate existing systems and practices to identify areas for improvement or updates. Stay informed on industry trends and innovations, applying them to drive business improvements.
  • Infrastructure Management: Manage and improve the company’s IT infrastructure, focusing on automation and the implementation of scalable systems that support enterprise growth.
  • Risk Management & Troubleshooting: Implement efficient and secure practices for data handling and software development. Handle ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of all automation systems.
