Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and managing a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, strong sales acumen, and proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and channels for customer acquisition.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives to exceed performance goals.
  • Set clear KPIs and regularly monitor the team’s progress through performance reviews.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Address client queries and provide tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.

Operational Excellence

  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports to track performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the travel or e-commerce sector, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the travel industry and emerging trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
