Position Overview

The Head of Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily business activities, driving operational excellence, and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure efficiency, growth, and profitability. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance, and aligning operational goals with the company's vision.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership

  • Lead, manage, and optimize day-to-day business operations across all departments.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between teams (HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Admin, etc.) to achieve company objectives.

Strategy & Planning

  • Work closely with the executive team to define business strategies and translate them into actionable operational plans.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and automation.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to keep operations competitive.

People Management

  • Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and key staff.
  • Build a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance for career growth.

Financial & Compliance

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure financial health of operations.
  • Monitor operational expenses and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.

Performance Monitoring

  • Define KPIs and monitor operational metrics for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the leadership team on operational performance.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven track record (8+ years) in senior operations or management roles.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in scaling operations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in process optimization, financial management, and project management tools.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹45, ₹55,000.00 per month
