CS/Semi Qualified CS

Qualified CS with 5 years of experience in Secretarial, NBFC compliances. Preferably having 3 years experience in PCS.
Semi qualified CS with 2 years of experience post article ship.

Listed entity experience will be preferred.
Other responsibilities shall include working on Secretarial compliances, filings, RBI compliances, FEMA, Mergers & Acquisitions, capital markets etc.

Candidate profile:Good written and verbal communication shall be required for the role.
Candidate who is well versed with the Secretarial work. Candidates who have worked in CA firm and PCS will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners shall be preferred, with experience of working with a consulting firm (PCS/CA/Business & Management Consulting)
Identify issues, offer suggestions and discuss with seniors to resolve them.
Be able to prioritize assignments deadlines and respond to clients and firm's needs
