A leading design and build firm with 25 years of industry experience, specialising in corporate interiors, is currently seeking a dynamic Studio Head - Mumbai and Location Head - Delhi.


In this role, you'll be entrusted with the responsibility of managing the studio as if it were your own business, ensuring its growth and success. Your duties will encompass


  • overseeing the entire lifecycle of interior projects, from initial client engagement to project handover, with a focus on timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • being instrumental in qualifying leads, crafting compelling pitches, and participating in client presentations to secure new projects.
  • developing creative design concepts aligned with client objectives, architectural surroundings, and industry trends.
  • utilizing software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office to produce high-quality design documentation
  • effectively managing project finances, budgets, and profitability for all turnkey projects.
  • cultivating strong client relationships, mentoring the design team, and upholding ethical standards.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the design & build of corporate fit-out / workplace interior projects , demonstrating a track record of leading a team and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability in business development, client pitches and entrepreneurial mindset to identify and capitalise on business opportunities, driving the growth of the studio.
  • Strong financial acumen to effectively manage project budgets, ensure profitability, and optimise resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite is required; familiarity with other design software is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with a commitment to ethical conduct.
