About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Calypso Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions for Front Office and Back Office systems using the Calypso platform to optimize our treasury and risk management operations.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the Calypso platform.

· Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Calypso configurations, workflows, and integrations to meet specific business needs.

· Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging of Calypso modules to ensure smooth functionality and resolve any arising issues.

· Integrate Calypso with other systems in the bank's technology landscape to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

· Stay up-to-date on the latest Calypso functionalities, industry best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the Treasury and Risk domain.

· Document technical specifications, design documents, and user guides for developed solutions.

· Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Calypso Developer with a strong understanding of Calypso architecture, functionality, and customization capabilities.

· Proven experience in object-oriented programming using Java and familiarity with related frameworks.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

· Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.

· Understanding of financial instruments (derivatives, FX, etc.) and the Treasury/Risk management domain is a plus.
