We're hiring a Social Media Intern (Instagram) at Karma Clothing
Karma Clothing is a young, founder-led Delhi-based fashion label making premium pure cotton kurtis in small batches — thoughtfully designed, fairly priced, and built for real everyday style.

We're now looking for a Social Media Intern (Instagram focus) to join us and grow our digital presence.

What you'll do
Ideate, plan & create engaging Instagram Reels, stories, and posts

Research trends, audio, and content formats that resonate with Gen Z & young professionals

Assist in building brand storytelling across festivals, launches & behind-the-scenes

Learn how a bootstrapped D2C brand grows without big ad budgets

What you'll get
Real hands-on experience managing a fashion startup's social media from Day 1

Internship Certificate + Letter of Recommendation (on performance)

Direct mentorship from founders

Portfolio-worthy projects (your work will actually go live, not sit in drafts)

Flexible, remote-friendly work setup

Duration: 2–3 months (extendable)

Location: Remote (Delhi preferred for on-ground content shoots, but not mandatory)

Stipend: This is an unpaid internship — but we promise meaningful learning, exposure, and a brand you'll be proud to have on your CV.
