Position: OpenText InfoArchive Developer

Location: Pune

Mode: Hybrid (Flexibility with Work-from-Home and On-Site Work)


Your Role:

As an OpenText InfoArchive Developer , you’ll be at the forefront of delivering innovative archiving solutions for enterprise needs. This role requires technical leadership , exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient and scalable technical solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead data archiving initiatives and ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Conduct data discovery, analysis , and convert requirements into technical designs.
  • Work on application decommissions and manage archiving of structured/unstructured data.
  • Implement ETL processes with tools like OpenText Appbuilder.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to architecture guidelines .
  • Maintain and develop comprehensive project documentation.
  • Engage directly with clients, building strong, positive relationships.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with professional efficiency.


What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: B.E, B. Tech, MCA, or equivalent degree.
  • Experience: 8+ years in implementing medium to complex ETL solutions and OpenText InfoArchive projects.
  • Expertise in:
  • Development, configuration, and administration of ETL tools in Windows/Linux environments .
  • ETL processes and database scripting.
  • Python, Java, XML, xQuery, XSD, XForm, and REST services .
  • Archiving structured and unstructured data.
  • Knowledge of cloud and on-premises enterprise software deployments .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .

Good to Have:

  • Proficiency with SQL tools.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes/Docker environments.
  • A proactive, innovative, and solutions-driven attitude.
