They collect and interpret information from businesses and relevant digital mediums to help business make more informed business decisions.Responsibilities:Develop and evaluate methods to identify buckets of inefficient trends in SEM accounts.Manipulate data sets using Python / SQL to identify and prioritize optimization opportunities.Communicate complex analytical topics in a clean & simple way to team.Data driven and resourceful, able to find opportunities, propose solutions, and drive execution.Use statistics, distributions, and confidence intervals to make decisions based on data. Manipulate large data sets for business insights and implement solutions to improve Paid Search performance.Detect changes in key market forces and apply analytics in order to present tangible business problems/actions (e.G., seasonality, auction changes, competitor actions, etc).Automate and/or streamline repetitive processes to improve individual and team productivity.Collaborate with Partners, Product and Technical Teams to contribute and tools dashboards (APIs, dashboards, etc.).Requirements and Skills:Bachelors in quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related field;

or equivalent related professional experience.Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.Basic experience in SEM, online advertising, paid search or e-commerce.Experience in quantitative, mathematics, statistics, science or other fields is preferred.Familiarity with Google datasets and cloud platform is a plus.Familiarity with Google Ads / Bing Ads API a plus.Google Ads certified preferred.Applied experience with data mining and analytic methods such as Clustering / Cluster Analysis, Factor Analysis, Regression Models, Logistic, Regression, Predictive Modeling, optimization models is preferred.Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, combined with a high level of initiative and ability to thrive in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment.Experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or equivalent role with an analytical bend is preferred.Scripting know-how (e.G., Python, R, SAS, SQL).Foundational statistics experience aplus (e.G., t-tests, distributions).Shown success working cross-functionally.DisclaimerThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
