Lead the design journey — from concept, moodboards, and 3 D renders to detailed drawings and FF&E selections.2. Manage multiple residential projects — coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to deliver on time and within budget.3. Drive sales and project conversion — engage with clients, present design concepts persuasively, guide decision-making, and convert inquiries into confirmed projects while maintaining strong client relationships.4.
