k9hr solutions looking for a cnc machine operator bearing manufacturingjob title: cnc machine operatordepartment: production / manufacturinglocation: shapar, rajkotemployment type: full-timeabout the rolewe are seeking a skilled cnc machine operator to join our bearing manufacturing team. the ideal candidate will operate, set up, and maintain cnc machines used for machining bearing rings, races, cages, and related components. this role requires a strong focus on precision, surface finish, and adherence to strict tolerance standards essential in bearing production.key responsibilitiesmachining & machine operationset up and operate cnc machines such as cnc turning centers, grinding machines (id/od), milling machines, or machining centers used for bearing component productionload raw materials (bearing steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, etc.) and ensure correct tooling and fixtures are installedadjust machine parameters and offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish requirementsmonitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to avoid defects and minimize downtimequality & precision controlread and interpret bearing component drawings, engineering specifications, and tolerance chartsperform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision tools such as micrometers, bore gauges, surface finish testers, calipers, and dial indicatorsensure all components meet required tolerances (micron-level precision) and surface finish standards (ra, rz) commonly used in bearing manufacturingrecord inspection results and maintain production and quality documentationprocess & safetymaintain cleanliness of machines and workstations, following 5s and safety guidelinesidentify worn tools, poor surface finish, chatter, or deviations and communicate with supervisors or maintenancefollow iso/ts standards and quality procedures related to bearing manufacturingsupport continuous improvement, scrap reduction, and process optimization initiativesskills & qualificationshigh school diploma or technical education in machining or mechanical engineering (preferred)1-3 years of experience in cnc machining (bearing manufacturing or precision machining preferred)strong understanding of tolerances, fits, and machining of hardened materialsability to read technical drawings, gd&t symbols, and machining instructionshands-on experience with measurement instruments and tools for micro-precision workbasic knowledge of cnc programming and g-code adjustments is a plusstrong attention to detail, quality mindset, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience 1 - 2 Years No. of Openings 02 Education Any Bachelor Degree Role CNC Operator Industry Type Manufacturing / Production / Quality Gender Male Job Country India Type of Job Full Time Work Location Type Work from Office Face interview location 712, Dwarika Pride B/s, Sadbhavna Hospital, Nr Ramapir Circle, 150 Feet Ring Rd, Rajkot, Gujarat 360
