Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR & Admin Executive/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment and administrative functions. This role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, supporting training initiatives, and ensuring efficient payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for various IT and administrative roles.
- HR Policies & Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with company regulations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
- Support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and performance.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees.
- Manage employee benefits and ensure all programs are communicated effectively.
- Administrative Functions:
- Coordinate office operations and procedures, ensuring efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining office policies and procedures.
- Performance Management:
- Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on employee evaluations.
- Assist in developing employee recognition and reward programs.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on IT recruitment and administrative functions.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent in English & Hindi language.
- Experience of hiring in microsoft .Net technologies would be an advantage
