Designation: UX Designer

Job Description:
As a UX Designer at NHR Technologies you will leverage your experience to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that delight our users. You will be responsible for designing end-to-end user experiences, from conceptualization to execution, and ensuring that our products are user-centric, accessible, and meet the highest standards of usability.
Key Responsibilities:
Research: Conduct in-depth user research to gain a deep understanding of user needs, behaviours, and pain points. Use this research to inform design decisions.
Architecture: Develop clear and effective information architectures that organize complex data and functionality into intuitive user flows and responsive designs.
and Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mock-ups that communicate your design concepts effectively. Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
Design: Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines. Ensure consistency in design elements and maintain a high level of design integrity.
Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather user feedback and refine designs. Analyse test results and make data-driven design improvements.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure seamless integration of design into development.
Ensure that designs are accessible to users with disabilities, adhering to WCAG guidelines and best practices.
Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices. Share your knowledge and insights with the team.
UI elements such as CTA, banners, page flows, and target links for landing pages
Create and implement user research experiments and develop customer journey maps
Maintain, extend and evolve our UX design library to ensure design consistency across UX components and support product implementation efficiencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
or Master's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field.
experience as a UX Designer with at around 6 years of hands-on experience in designing digital products with a Mobile-First design mindset.
in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
in conducting user research, usability testing, and persona development.
of front-end development technologies and their impact on design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
portfolio showcasing a diverse range of UX design projects, including mobile and web applications.
of design trends and emerging technologies in the UX/UI field.
working in agile development environments is a plus.
experience in designing B2B SaaS products is a huge plus
