Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager specializing in ground-mounted solar projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project execution from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets. Key tasks include managing project logistics, conducting inspections, coordinating with vendors for expediting materials, and ensuring effective team collaboration. This role is based in Barmer.

  • Expertise in Logistics Management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Experience in renewable energy projects, especially solar, is a plus
