Job Title: WMS Manhattan Consultant / Analyst / SpecialistRemote - IndiaLong TermKey Responsibilities:Configure and support Manhattan WMS applications (primarily Active WMS or WMOS).Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system and user issues in a timely manner.Work closely with operations, IT, and logistics teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Participate in WMS implementation and upgrade projects (design, testing, deployment, and support).Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.Train end users and support teams on system usage and best practices.Collaborate with vendors and Manhattan Associates for system enhancements or issue resolution.Monitor WMS performance and recommend improvements to optimize processes.Preferred Skills:Experience with Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF).Knowledge of middleware tools like IBM Sterling, Mule Soft, etc.Familiarity with RF devices and label printing systems.Project management or business analysis experience.Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
