Title : Workday Integrations Specialist

Location : Gurugram

Role Purpose :

Reporting to the Integrations Lead, this role will be the internal technical expert for Workday integrations and will provide broad support in the maintenance of existing integrations as well as the design and development of new integrations. This role will report into our Business Systems team but is expected to have strong working relationships with stakeholders in HR and Finance.

Main Responsibilities :

- Manage Workday system integrations within the architecture Business Systems and middleware, including changes to and the design and build of new integrations.

- Perform routine break/fix support and regression testing in support the inbound/outbound interfaces to the system and middleware

- Provide support for incident management and ongoing integration monitoring.

- Analyze and translate functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications, consulting with business and technical teams about interface design and ongoing maintenance.

- Ensure integrations function as designed based on functional and technical requirements and are documented fully for ongoing support and maintenance.

- Design and develop interfaces and conduct unit and integration tests. Support wider Business Systems & Workday team with ad-hoc reporting requests as required.

About You :

- Experience of Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, OX2.0)

- Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards)

- Strong experience with interface, networking, and data warehousing technologies, as well as design, relational database technologies, and performance tuning

- Experience of working in a business applications environment using Workday

- Bachelor's Degree in relevant technical field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Engineering or related technical discipline) or equivalent combination of training and work experience

- 4+ years of experience in interface architecture

- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Ability to work in a team-orientated, collaborative environment.

- Able to work collaboratively and manage stakeholders and competing demands from stakeholders across IT, HR & Finance

- Experience of working with 3rd party partners desirable.

Deliverables (INTERNAL ONLY) :

- Responsible for providing support to the Integrations team to troubleshoot, maintain and manage Workday integrations, including monitoring of existing integrations and design & delivery of new integrations.

- Contributing to a rolling programme of change and enhancements within the Workday area
