AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI models and solutions to address business challenges. Your role will involve hands-on development and deployment of AI algorithms and frameworks, along with integrating them into existing systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement machine learning algorithms and models for various applications.
2. Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Develop AI applications using programming languages such as Python, R, etc., and AI frameworks like Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
4. Build scalable and efficient data pipelines for training and deploying machine learning models.
5. Evaluate and experiment with new AI technologies, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve our AI capabilities.
6. Deploy AI models into production and monitor their performance in real-world scenarios.
7. Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability throughout the AI development lifecycle.
8. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning research and apply them to solve practical problems.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of proven experience as an AI Engineer, machine learning engineer, or similar role, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, etc., and familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
4. Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, etc.
5. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
6. Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), testing, and agile development methodologies.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
8. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Good to have:
1. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI solutions.
2. Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, etc., for handling large-scale datasets.
3. Experience in developing AI applications for specific domains such as healthcare, finance, autonomous systems, etc.
4. Publications or contributions to the AI and machine learning community (e.g., research papers, open-source projects) would be a plus.
