Duck Creek Claims Developer

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in DuckCreek Claims software development.
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims processing and related business processes.
- Proficiency in DuckCreek Technologies software suite, including DuckCreek Claims.
- Experience with DuckCreek Example Platform (Author, Express, etc.).
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- DuckCreek Claims certification.
- Experience with DuckCreek Anywhere API.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of insurance industry standards and :
DuckCreek Claims Development :
- Design, develop, and implement DuckCreek Claims software solutions to meet business requirements.
- Customize and configure DuckCreek Claims components based on project needs.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
Integration and Implementation :
- Integrate DuckCreek Claims applications with other systems and third-party services as needed.
- Ensure seamless deployment and implementation of DuckCreek Claims solutions in a production environment.
Code Review and Optimization :
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
- Identify opportunities for code optimization and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency.
Testing and Quality Assurance :
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for DuckCreek Claims applications.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free software.
Documentation :
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and release notes.
- Provide documentation for code changes, configurations, and integrations.
Collaboration and Communication :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide regular project updates.
