Responsibilities:
Patient Facilitation:
Assist patients and their families in understanding the benefits of Ayushman Bharat PMJAY.
Guide eligible beneficiaries through the registration and admission process.
Verification & Documentation:
Verify patient eligibility using the Beneficiary Identification System (BIS).
Collect, check, and upload required documents into the PMJAY portal.
Generate and provide e-cards to beneficiaries.
Claim Processing:
Help in pre-authorization requests for treatment packages.
Coordinate with doctors and hospital billing staff for claim submission.
Track claims and resolve any discrepancies.
Awareness & Support:
Spread awareness about PMJAY benefits within the hospital premises.
Provide support and assistance to patients throughout their treatment cycle.
Reporting & Compliance:
Maintain daily records of patient registrations and claims.
Submit regular reports to hospital management and PMJAY nodal officers.
Ensure adherence to PMJAY guidelines and hospital policies.
