Required Experience and Skills:

  • 18+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Analytics.
  • Proven experience in architecting solutions for modern cloud platforms like GCP and Azure.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a data architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in designing and maintaining data models, schemas, and structures for data warehouse solutions.
  • Experience in designing platforms and pipelines on RDBMS platforms like SQL Server, Oracle.
  • Expertise as a Data Modeler/Data Architect with a deep understanding of data modeling and management principles.
  • Hands-on experience with data pipelines using tools like Spark, Python, and Scala.
  • Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, IICS, Talend.
  • Knowledge of analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Looker for delivering solutions.
  • Understanding of microservices, event-based architectures , and diverse data access approaches.
  • Familiarity with data governance principles .
  • Preferably experienced with healthcare industry data models .
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies , and experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with business, operations, and engineering stakeholders .
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience in proposal solutioning, execution approach, and estimation .
