As a  Junior Amazon PPC Specialist , you’ll support the strategy, execution, and optimization of Amazon Advertising campaigns across multiple brands and categories. You’ll work closely with senior team members to manage Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD), analyze data, and deliver actionable insights that drive sales and improve profitability.This is a hands-on, remote position ideal for someone early in their Amazon career who wants to learn from experienced specialists and grow into a full PPC Manager role.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.Conduct keyword analysis, add negative keywords, and adjust bids to improve performance.Monitor ACoS, TACoS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate metrics across accounts.Assist in structuring new campaigns and supporting product launches.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.Collaborate with the SEO, Content, and Account Management teams to align advertising with broader goals.Stay up to date on Amazon’s latest advertising tools, policies, and trends.Support audits, competitive analysis, and keyword expansion projects.Requirements1+ years of experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns (agency or brand-side).Basic understanding of ACoS, TACoS, Amazon Advertising Console & Amazon Seller Central.Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.A proactive learner eager to grow within the Amazon advertising space.Nice to HaveUnderstanding of bulk operations or campaign automation.Familiarity with Amazon SEO or listing optimization.Experience with international marketplaces (UK, EU, US).What We Offer100% remote (work-from-home) position.Opportunity to grow into a PPC Manager role within 6–12 months.Ongoing mentorship and training from senior Amazon experts.Exposure to leading brands across the UK, EU, and North America.A performance-driven, collaborative, and supportive team environment.
