This is a large impact role that demandssomeone who can excel in a fastpaced and ever changingenvironment. Title IAM ComplainceAnalyst Location India Hybrid (Bengaluru orHyderabad) Salary Range : 30 35 lpa( DOE )

Description:
Good experience in IAM Compliance tool (tools like Aveksa archer orSailpoint IIQ where apps are onboarded.) access requestscertification campaigns password management provisioning connectorscompliance reporting and more.Understand technical implementationdetails for implementing access management and securitycontrols.

Controls and processes to ensurecompliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR CCPA SOC 2 andISO 27001.

Develop and maintain IAM compliancepolicies procedures and documentation in accordance with industrybest practices and standards.

Oversee periodicuser access review certification campaign endtoend
Work between internal Audit Security and Engineering todevelop test and report on various compliancerelatedrequirements
Support the identificationimplementation and maintenance of automated technical securitycontrols required by various technical regulatory complianceframeworks
Experience working independentlyand collaboratively across various levels and teams
Provide Security/IAM guidance to application andservice owners
Build a dashboard usingTableau Jira and Google Data Studio
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field or equivalentindustry experience
Excellent written andverbal communication skills.

Implement RoleBasedAccess Control (RBAC) methodologies and Joiner Mover Leaver(JML)

Serve as a subject matter expert oncompliance matters providing guidance and support to internal teamsas needed. Experience with LDAP queries and AD connectors forextracting and analyzing user and group data.

Understanding Security Control frameworks and regulations(e.g. NIST HIPAA PCI DSS SOX SOC).
Experience to communicate effectively to internal and externalauditors
Experience in authenticationauthorization SSO and directory services
Preferred endtoend implementation experience with IGASolution.

3 years of experience in IAM toolsand compliance (IAM compliance tools like Aveksa archer orSailpoint IIQ where apps are onboarded.) 3 years experience with SQL
