Skills Required :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent education

- Citrix certified with 4+ years of experience in designing, installing, configuring, managing and troubleshooting Citrix farms - expert in scripting and automation

Skills Preferred :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent education

- Citrix certified with 4+ years of experience in designing, installing, configuring, managing and troubleshooting Citrix farms

- Expert on multiple versions of Citrix and strong experience of Citrix Secure gateway/Web Interface/NetScaler

- Strong understanding of Load Management, Resource management

- Detailed knowledge of network management software and techniques including Active Directory, domain and group policies and virtualization

- Demonstrated understanding and implementation of user authentication and authorization tools between multiple systems, servers, and environments

- Demonstrated understanding and implementation of security and data protection

- Must have superior verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must have superior organizational skills to prioritize and handle a variety of activities.

- Must be a self-starter willing to take accountability for projects, problems, and issues, carrying through to resolution.

- Must have ability to interact with staff from multiple departments and teams from multiple global locations to establish high standards of support.

- Must be able to multi-task and work concurrently on several projects, each with specific requirements that may differ from project

Experience Required :

- Knowledge in PowerShell scripting
