Requirement:- Roles and Responsibilities: You will contribute to product development and delivery including requirement analysis, planning, design, delivery, implementation, validation and field testing of Wireless products. You will work with product management and other multi-functional teams to develop detailed software and functional specifications. You will analyze and prioritize various features for different sub-systems to get a synchronized system delivery in a phased manner You will participate in the design of various features and functionalities related to the design above. You will closely work with other teams and partners to carry out system integration and user acceptance testing. You will explicitly focus to continuously improve system performance with quality and its positioning. Skills: Experience on Layer-1, algorithm design, DSP implementation, FPGA platforms Should be specialized in system engineering aspects, design and evaluate complex algorithm in MATLAB/C Environment. Have in depth knowledge of 3GPP layer 1 for 4G and/or 5G Deep understanding in using various lab equipment such as - signal generator, signal and spectrum analyzer, channel emulators. Good understanding of wireless fundamentals and its application in wireless design Experience in mentoring team. Good to have skills : Familiar with any of these technologies OFDM, SINR, Antenna, MIMO, MMSE, turbo encoder, interleaving, Physical channels, CPRI.
