KPI Achievement : Ensure the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Issue Resolution : Act as the main point of contact for issues and queries related to accounts payable. Process Improvement : Document procedures and review processes periodically to ensure efficiency and compatibility with actual operations. Requirements: Education : Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience : Around 3 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Skills : Excellent communication and numeric skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
