Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Business Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support to our founder and management team, helping to drive business growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the founder and management team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of business strategies and plans.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to support business decision-making.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Prepare and review business documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
