Role Overview :

- The CTO will be a critical member of the executive team, responsible for setting the company's technological vision, strategies, and leading all aspects of the company's technological development.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling platforms to meet growing demand and enhancing product offerings through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and execution of the company's technology strategy to support its growth objectives.

- Oversee the company's technology infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Drive innovation by staying abreast of technology trends and integrating cutting-edge solutions where beneficial.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

- Collaborate with other executive team members to align technology initiatives with business goals.

- Manage technology budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively to support strategic priorities.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technology leadership role, ideally within a SaaS environment.

- Demonstrated experience in scaling technology platforms and systems to support business growth.

- Strong background in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions, with AWS Cloud Solution experience being a significant plus.

- Proven ability in building and leading engineering teams, hiring top talent, and fostering an innovative and productive work environment.

- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
