From cotton basics to premium streetwear and denim, we deliver with precision, quality, and ethical production.As we scale operations in India and export markets (Australia, UK, UAE), we are hiring a Senior Finance Managerwho bringscontroller-level thinkingand astrategic mindsetto guide our financial evolution.About the RoleThis is more than a finance job — this is about building the financial engineof a company poised for global growth.We’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of Ellwinkz’s finance function across India operations, support group consolidation, manage audits, regulatory compliance, and actively partner with senior leadership for strategic decisions.You will oversee finance for multiple verticals, including manufacturing, exports, retail, and shared service entities (Australia-India group structure).Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Control & AccountingLead day-to-day accounting operations Manage group consolidation Ensure accurate books, trial balances, and financial statements Handle internal controls, financial discipline, and audit preparednessRegulatory Compliance & AuditEnsure GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, ROC, and FEMA compliance Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors Lead tax planning, filings, and litigation supportCash Flow & Working Capital ManagementPrepare rolling cash flow forecasts Monitor receivables, payables, and vendor payments Optimise working capital cycles across manufacturing & exportsBudgeting, Forecasting & Strategic PlanningLead annual and quarterly budgeting processes Forecast revenue, margins, and cost centres Support CAPEX planning and cost-benefit analysisBusiness PartneringCollaborate with production, sourcing, logistics, and operations teams Build cost sheets, product profitability, and pricing support Support investor decks, board presentations, and MIS dashboardsSystems & ProcessesOversee ERP implementation and systems automation Strengthen documentation, SOPs, and financial controls Leverage tools like Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Excel/PowerBIWhat We’re Looking For✔️ Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA Finance ✔️ 7–12 years of experience, ideally in manufacturing, textiles, or FMCG ✔️ Strong command of Indian accounting, GST, and export compliance ✔️ Ability to manage audits, internal controls, and team mentoring ✔️ Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail ✔️ Exposure to cross-border operations, FEMA, and consolidation is a plus ✔️ Experience working with founders/senior leadership in scaling businesses
