Required skills :

• Lead and manage Archer Operate projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards.

• Knowledge of at least three of Archer’s OOB use cases and one to two on-demand solutions.

• Proficient in Archer’s access control, managing access through record permissions, roles, groups, and security parameters.

• Hands-on experience with Archer LDAP configuration and user management.

• Good understanding of Archer Data Feed Manager and Archer’s integration capabilities with external tools.

• Good understanding of Archer integration with external tools such as SIEM, Qualys, ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.

• Experience in package migration across environments in cloud-based and on-premises setups.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello, and other SDLC tools.

• Excellent documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to work with teams across geographical locations.

• Ability to develop test cases and test scripts, ensuring updates as needed.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to work in client-specific time zones.


Archer Support and Maintenance:

• Administrative knowledge of Archer Control Panel, Windows/Database Server and performing regular health monitoring and hygiene reviews.

• Hands-on experience with Archer platform installation, upgrades, and maintenance.

• Ability to perform moderately complex log reviews and root cause analysis of incidents, liaising with business users to ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Provide ongoing support and engage in client interactions to address and troubleshoot issues.

• Participate in detailed technical design documentation and effort estimation, providing technical expertise throughout the customization process.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, user manuals, and knowledge bases.

• Liaise with other technology support teams to ensure all database servers are backed up, monitored, and integrated with other external resources such as the internet, mail services, etc.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in risk management and compliance.


Preferred Skills/ Certifications :

• Good to have Archer Specialist certifications.

• Knowledge of other GRC Platforms like ServiceNow, Aravo, AuditBoard etc.

• Experience in custom API integrations

• Experience in Reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau

• Experience in other programming languages and scripts like JavaScript/AngularJS/Shell/HTML5/CSS

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.


Qualification :

• Any engineering graduate, BCA / MCA / MBA, BSc in computer sciences
