leading the Internal and Third Party Inspection TeamHeading the review and approval of change management process and evaluation of Quality matrixEnsure Complaint management, escalation, market actions, actionable data reportingDriving continuous improvement initiatives to foster quality culture within the organizationDirecting GAP assessments for site for implementation of quality manuals & quality Governance directivesFacilitating planning and execution of annual operating plan for business units & functions that addresses corporate strategic imperatives; Developing quality management system.Presenting to Chief Quality Officer on monthly/Quarterly and annual bases quality dashboard across all sites.Working closely with sites quality Head and Creating Corporate Quality culture and Alignment.Mentoring Site Quality Head for Overcoming Quality issues & establish Comprehensive Quality MIS across all Sites.
