VP Finance:-


Providing leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team

• Providing strategic recommendations to the MD and the members of the executive management team

• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.

• Arriving a pattern and procedure for accounting and related documentation into more disciplined and accepted formats, down the line.

• Assisting the company to remain good in ratings and to maintain good relationships with financial institutions.

• Advising on long-term financial planning.

• Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group

• Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders

• Reviewing all inter-departmental procedures to suit the financial policies derived.

• Statuary issues and correspondence.


Qualification: CA or MBA (Finance) with ACCA

Exp.: 15 to 20 years
