POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking dynamic and eager-to-learn individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate should not only possess expertise in behavioural skills but is also dedicated to fostering a positive and impactful learning environment. He/She will facilitate engaging and interactive online sessions, providing valuable insights and strategies to enhance various skills of our learner base.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Skillful Training Delivery: Take charge of delivering comprehensive training sessions focused on behavioural skills, ensuring a dynamic and interactive learning experience.


  • Customized Training Approach: Tailor training programs to the specific needs of individual learners, addressing unique behavioural challenges and promoting personal and professional growth.


  • Continuous Skill Enhancement Stay informed about the latest trends in behavioural psychology and related fields, incorporating relevant insights into training methodologies for continual improvement.


  • Innovative Learning Design: Take the lead in designing and developing cutting-edge learning experiences that resonate with diverse learner needs.


  • Collaboration with Experts: Work closely with subject matter experts to integrate industry insights and best practices into our training modules, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse learner profiles.


  • Openness to feedback, commitment to continuous improvement, and collaborative spirit.


  • Strong structured thought processes, collaboration skills across diverse teams, and adaptability to dynamic environments.


  • Proficient in English, MS Office, and Google Suite, with comfort in non-conventional teaching methods and technology.


  • Bonus points if you enjoy playing cricket or engaging in Bollywood trivia on the sideline
