Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Bikaner. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing sales operations, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and overseeing sales team training. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Sales and Sales Management
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience in Training and leading sales teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
