The role in a gist:As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. What you will work on:The LAP Sales Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the Loan Against Property (LAP) sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the performance of the sales team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial products, particularly loans against property, and demonstrate exceptional leadership and strategic skills.Handling DSA / DST’s will be an advantage, should know the Tamil Nadu market well.

The ideal candidate:Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.In-depth knowledge of LAP products, including market dynamics, industry trends, and customer preferences.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Qualification and Experience:Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
