Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our office in Muzaffarpur. The candidate should have good typing speed and accuracy in both Hindi and English, along with knowledge of MS Office. This role involves handling documentation, maintaining records, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Entering and updating data accurately in digital systems
  • Typing official documents, reports, and letters in Hindi & English
  • Performing data entry tasks and updating records in digital formats
  • Preparing and formatting documents as per company requirements
  • Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of information
  • Assisting in day-to-day office work and clerical tasks
  • Coordinating with office staff for timely completion of documentation work

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Hindi & English typing (speed & accuracy required)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
  • Responsible, punctual, and organized
  • Strong communication and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
