Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Fitter
to join our AAC blocks manufacturing unit at Hathnoora. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical fitting, equipment maintenance, and basic fabrication work within an industrial or plant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine mechanical maintenance and fitting work on plant machinery and equipment.
• Conduct inspections and identify mechanical faults or breakdowns.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure minimum downtime of machines.
• Assist in the installation, alignment, and dismantling of mechanical assemblies.
• Work with tools such as grinders, welding machines, drilling machines, etc.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance tasks and report to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Fitter trade.
• 2–3 years of experience in an industrial plant, preferably in AAC block manufacturing or a similar industry.
• Sound knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and machine components.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work independently.
• Willingness to work in shifts and on-call for emergencies.

Preferred

• Experience working in an AAC blocks plant or similar construction materials industry.
• Local candidates or those willing to relocate to Hathnoora.
