Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Manager- Placements at MentorKart located in Noida. The Manager- Placements will be responsible for overseeing human resources operations, managing employee relations, implementing performance management systems, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Additionally, the role involves coordinating placement activities and facilitating communication between mentors and mentees.

Qualifications1) Organize and coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement events for students.2) Guide students through the interview process, including pre-placement preparation and follow-ups with employers.3)Track and maintain placement records and ensure accurate reporting on placement statistics.4) Offer guidance on resume building, interview skills, personality development, and soft skills enhancement.5) Stay updated with industry trends and skills in demand, and implement training programs accordingly.6) Prepare periodic reports on the placement status and student performance to be shared with the management.7) Building and Maintaining strong partnerships with the companies to shape the career of students.
