Job Summary:
We are looking for a SailPoint IDN Level 3 Resource with 6-8 years of experience for our IDM team. The resource will be based in Pune/Bangalore and should be willing to work on shifts (Including Night Shifts UK/US and Weekends) .
Flexible to work in shifts (on a 3-shift rotation pattern) & Candidate has to come all 5 days to office.
Responsibilities:
Act as a lead and work stream participant on small to medium-sized projectsDemonstrable experience in IAM domain management solutionClear understanding of IAM solution design and configurationBuild strong professional working relationships with client personnelAnalyze issues and opportunities and communicate them to appropriate senior membersDeliver timely and high-quality work diligentlySupport client environment in rotational shiftsOnboard applications specific to
SailPoint IDN/IIQ productWrite complex SQL queriesUnderstand REST API's and utilize them for IAM solutionsHave a good understanding of Java/Python or any other programming languageUnderstand code repository concepts and standard processes (Git)Experience in transitioning services from an implementation partner post-deployment and operationalizing an IAM solutionAbility to work with multiple stakeholders from Security, Operations, Application Owners, and Service Providers on deployment activities and enhancing the IAM solutionGood understanding of operating systems, database concepts, and other potential targets or endpoints for a typical IAM solutionStrong presentation and documentation skills
Qualification:
Graduation degree in any stream or equivalent / Post-Graduation degree/diplomaCertification in any IAM product would be an added advantage
Technical Skills Required:
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Identity or Access Management domainMinimum 2 years of experience in SailPoint IDN productHave experience on
L3 support
