Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a

Technical Business Analyst

at Piazza Consulting Group in

Hyderabad . The Technical Business Analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements. This role requires experience in understanding and optimizing business processes through technology, while bridging the gap between technical teams and business goals.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and translate them into technical requirements.Gather, document, and analyze both business and technical requirements for system and application development.Work with software development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.Perform systems analysis and recommend technical solutions to enhance business processes.Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.Participate in data analysis, testing, and validation to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.Support project managers in implementing technology solutions, providing technical insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience as a

Technical Business Analyst

or similar role in a technology-driven environment.Strong

analytical skills

and proven experience in business analysis and

systems analysis .Experience in gathering, documenting, and translating technical requirements for software and system development.Familiarity with

APIs, databases, system integrations , and software development life cycles (SDLC).Understanding of

business process improvement

and optimization using technical solutions.Excellent

problem-solving

and critical thinking skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in

Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology , or a related field.Experience in the

AI, RPA , or software development space is a plus.
