Advanced knowledge of Azure AD features, including advanced identity protection, conditional access policies, and custom roles.
Identity and Access Management Mastery:
Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex identity and access management solutions, including RBAC, access governance, and privileged identity management (PIM).
Proficiency in integrating Azure AD with various Microsoft and non-Microsoft services, including Azure, Office 365, and third-party applications.
Directory Services:
In-depth knowledge of directory synchronization methods, including Azure AD Connect and Azure AD Domain Services.
Experience in architecting and managing complex directory structures for multi-domain and multi-forest environments.
Security Expertise:
Strong understanding of Azure AD security features and a history of implementing robust security measures.
Familiarity with security and compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and the ability to ensure Azure AD is compliant with them.
Scripting and Automation Skills:
Proficiency in scripting and automation with PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other relevant tools for Azure AD management and reporting.
Cloud Architecture:
Comprehensive knowledge of cloud architecture and the ability to design highly available, resilient, and scalable Azure AD solutions.
Communication and Documentation:
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Skills, Licenses, Knowledge, Education and Training Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor"s degree in any IT related field or has the equivalent experience
8+ years" experience with Active Directory and Windows environment
6+ years" experience with Azure AD, Identity and Access Management, Scripting and Automation, and Cloud Architecture
6+ years" experience with LAN/WAN environment including routing and security protocols
6+ years" experience knowledge of server, network and voice technology solutions
Experience with Active Directory scripting
MCSA Certification required
ITIL certification preferred
