Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our creative team at Hotcult. You will be responsible for creating captivating visual content, both graphical and motion, across various media platforms. You will collaborate closely with our creative team and clients to conceptualize and execute design solutions that effectively communicate our clients& brand messages.


Key Responsibilities:

-Conceptualize and create high-quality static and motion graphics for various digital and print campaigns.

- Collaborate with the creative team, including copywriters, designers, and account managers, to develop innovative visual solutions.

- Design graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

- Produce engaging motion graphics and animations for video content, presentations, and advertisements.

- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to keep our creative output fresh and relevant.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.

- Shoot and edit videos.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Visual Artist, Graphic Designer, or in a similar role in an advertising

agency or creative environment.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of static and motion graphic design work.

- Exceptional creativity and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.


- Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.-

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After

Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.


Preferred Skills:

- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.

- Experience with CorelDRAW.

- Experience with 3D design and animation.

- Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.

- Familiarity with video editing and production processes.

- Illustration skills.

- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience designing for web and mobile platforms.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).

- Experience working with clients in various industries, including entertainment, technology, and

consumer goods.
