Hiring: Regional / Area Sales Manager – Pesticides | Bhoodhan AgriVentures Pvt Ltd

Bhoodhan AgriVentures Pvt Ltd is a growing and trusted name in the agricultural input industry. We specialize in the distribution of high-quality pesticides under our own brands and are committed to building ethical, long-term business relationships across markets.

We are now looking for Regional Sales Managers / Area Sales Managers to expand our presence in Chhattisgarh (1 position) and Uttar Pradesh (2 positions).

What We Are Looking For

  • Experienced sales professionals with a proven track record in agricultural inputs, especially pesticides.
  • Strong market knowledge and connections with reliable distributors, dealers, and retail networks.
  • Ability to identify, engage, and onboard new business partners aligned with ethical practices.
  • Hands-on leadership in managing territory operations with the capability to build and mentor a team including subordinates and territory managers.
  • Self-driven individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand the company's network by identifying and connecting with trustworthy market players.
  • Drive dealership agreements and ensure mutual growth and profitability.
  • Build and nurture relationships with dealers, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Recruit and lead a team to efficiently manage field activities and customer outreach.
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership to develop market strategies and business plans.
