Job Description:
Your Experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT Services
- 5+ Years experience ServiceNow Portal Developer.
- Proven business architecture experience
- Experience in supporting large client programs from an integration and support perspective
- Experience with architecture principles for cloud-based platforms
- Customer facing, written and verbal communication skills
- Effective facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills with ability to motivate a team
- Problem-solving skills: ability to simplify complex situations
- Ability to deliver high degree of customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working in a matrixed organization, or working with ambiguity and change
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, and/or equivalent work experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer and Certified Implementation Specialist (if not current, required to obtain within 6 months of starting)
- Applicable Micro Certifications highly desirable, depending on area of specialty
