Responsibilities
  • Craft Exceptional Beverages:  Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup.
  • Customer Engagement:  Provide friendly and knowledgeable service, helping customers choose their perfect brew and answering any questions about our offerings.
  • Maintain Excellence:  Keep the café clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Inventory Management:  Assist with stock control, including ordering supplies and managing inventory levels.
  • Team Collaboration:  Work closely with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Continuous Learning:  Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques, participating in training sessions and workshops.


Qualifications
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years as a Barista in a specialty coffee setting.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Experience with various brewing methods and espresso machines.
  • Skills:
  • Coffee Expertise:  Deep knowledge of specialty coffee, including bean origins, roasting profiles, and brewing techniques.
  • Technical Skills:  Proficient in operating espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
  • Customer Service:  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Attention to Detail:  Meticulous in maintaining quality and consistency in every beverage.
  • Time Management:  Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player:  Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in barista skills is a plus.
  • Other: Passionate about coffee and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
