Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in the premium plywood and interior solutions industry. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence among architects and interior designers by building strong client relationships and driving sales through strategic outreach and product presentations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and committed to on-field engagement, with a focus on converting consultations into successful sales. Based in Vizag or Vijayawada, this position offers a unique opportunity to grow within a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality plywood, laminate sheets, flush doors, fibreboard, and veneer sheets—serving diverse design and budget needs across the region. Responsibilities: Conduct client meetings with architects and interior designers to understand project requirements and annual design projections. Present and pitch company products effectively, highlighting value, quality, and design versatility. Leverage company-aided databases and independently build a personal client network to drive consistent sales growth. Convert initial consultations into closed sales through persuasive communication and follow-up. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and market insights using digital tools. Travel regularly within assigned zones to meet clients and attend design consultations. Requirements Requirements: Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills (English medium education from Class 1 to 10 preferred). Proficient in using mobile devices, social media platforms, and mobile applications. Own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with field travel and on-site client visits. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently for extended hours (8–9 hours per day) in an out-of-office environment. Willingness to work in a field-based, non-hybrid or remote setup—no preference for WFH. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1+ year of field sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
