Customer Service:
Salon Manager is the first and last contact a guest has with the salon. Candidate must possess excellent guest service skills, be able to answer questions and assist guests during their overall salon experience.
Operational Duties:
Primary responsibilities include ensuring the day-to-day salon operation flows smoothly and that stylist productivity goals are met.
Administrative Duties:
Responsible for answering phones, scheduling client appointments and making schedule adjustments throughout the day as cancellations occur or appointments take longer than scheduled.
- Confidence and pleasant attitude.
- Excellent phone and customer service skills required.
- Knowledge of computer systems.
- Must be highly organized and possess the ability to multitask during extremely busy periods of the business day while always maintaining a smile and happy attitude.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
