**Job Description Summary**
The Sr Analyst will play a critical role in developing end-to-end reporting solutions, from data collection and transformation to report generation and visualization. This role involves working on the cutting edge of data engineering and analytics to drive business insights. The analyst will enable informed decision-making through real-time, optimized analytics and reporting capabilities, supporting the organization's data-driven initiatives, with a strong focus on product management insights.
**Job Description**
Roles and Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with product management, business leaders, and stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
+ Identify, define, and track product-related KPIs to measure success and drive data-informed decisions.
+ Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to enhance visibility into product performance, feature adoption, and business outcomes.
+ Work with data teams to ensure accurate data sourcing, integration, and consistency for product-related analytics.
+ Utilize tools like Jira, Aha, ADO, and other product management platforms to extract and analyse key metrics.
+ Support strategic product initiatives by providing insights on market trends, customer feedback, and operational efficiencies.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes and improve data accessibility for product teams.
+ Drive alignment between product strategy and business intelligence to ensure data-driven prioritization and decision-making.
Desired Characteristics & Expertise
+ 5 to 8 years of experience in product management, product analytics, or business intelligence for product teams.
+ Hands-on experience with full product lifecycle management, from ideation to go-to-market execution.
+ Strong understanding of product management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
+ Experience in working with product management tools like Jira, Aha, ADO, and others.
+ Proven track record of working with product KPIs and translating them into actionable insights.
+ Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to bridge the gap between data and business needs.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and meaningful way.
+ Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and ability to drive initiatives independently.
Business Acumen:
+ Strong understanding of product management processes and their impact on business growth.
+ Ability to translate business objectives into measurable product KPIs and reporting frameworks.
+ Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in product intelligence and analytics.
+ Ability to connect data insights with strategic business goals to support decision-making.

+ Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
+ Ability to take ownership of reporting and analytics initiatives for product management.
+ Proactive approach in identifying opportunities for improving product reporting and intelligence.
