Have the ability to engage stakeholders in the QA processes, as well as a proven track record of releasing products on time whilst leading an enthusiastic and talented team of quality people. Qualification: Qualification as a lead auditor and an understanding of continuous improvement methodology such is highly desirable. The following experience is ideal: QA activities include: Monitoring compliance Managing internal & third-party audits / CAPA processes Overseeing & coordinating the review and release of products to market Propose solutions to the constant challenges in QA Learn our client's internal system and processes proficiently and quickly Improve the way tasks are performed whilst ensuring that the quality of work is not compromised Regulations and Guidelines: Experience in highly regulated environments, such as food, pharmaceutical or medical device and a solid understanding of regulations associated with the food & pharmaceutical industry.
