▷ (High Salary) Technical Manager - Embedded Hardware

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop solutions based on customer needs, prepare BoMs, and estimate project efforts.- Manage multiple projects ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.- Lead and mentor a team, set performance goals, and conduct evaluations.- Optimize design and debugging processes for more efficient development.- Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and FAEs.- Contribute to pre-sales and proposal writing.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics/Communication or Computer Engineering.- 12+ years of
hardware design experience with a focus on ARM Cortex A/M SoCs.- Expertise in Orcad, Altium, signal integrity, thermal simulation, and EMI/EMC testing.- Strong knowledge of I2C, SPI, Ethernet, USB, HDMI, DDR3/4 interfaces.- Proven leadership in managing teams and projects.
