We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Machine Learning Engineer to join our Emerging Tech team. Company : Aqilea India Employment Type: Full Time Location: Bangalore(Hybrid) Experience: 5 to 7 years Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer Experience Range: 5 to 7 YearsLocation: BangaloreWork Mode: Hybrid About the Role: We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with strong technical expertise in developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on coding skills with a solid understanding of MLOps, data engineering, and software engineering principles to deliver end-to-end machine learning solutions in production environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and pipelines using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn . Build and manage end-to-end ML systems , including data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. Apply MLOps best practices to automate model deployment, testing, versioning, and continuous monitoring. Collaborate closely with data engineering and software engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability of ML solutions. Optimize model performance, latency, and resource utilization for production-grade ML systems. Maintain and improve data quality, reliability, and governance within the ML lifecycle. Clearly communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience: 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields. Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn . Solid understanding of MLOps principles CI/CD, model monitoring, and production support. Hands-on experience with data engineering tools (e.g., SQL, Pandas, Spark, Airflow, or Dataflow). Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for ML deployment. Strong grasp of software engineering practices version control (Git), testing frameworks, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to translate business objectives into actionable ML solutions and deliver measurable outcomes. Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Only Work Location : Bangalore(Hybrid) Form of employment: Full-time until further notice, we apply 6 months probationary employment.
